The Welcome Wagon and PGM Solutions teams came together for a day of service at Feeding South Florida’s Palm Beach County warehouse, joining forces to help address food insecurity in the communities we serve.
Feeding South Florida is the region’s largest hunger relief organization, distributing food to families across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties.
Stepping into their warehouse, our team had another firsthand look at just how much coordination and heart goes into fighting hunger at scale.
A Hands-On Effort
Working side by side, our combined team spent the day sorting and packing food for distribution.
By the end of the shift, we had helped sort and pack 3,690 pounds of food, translating into 3,100 meals for families facing food insecurity in South Florida.

Numbers like that can be hard to picture until you’re the one standing at the table, sorting can after can, box after box. The repetition adds up fast, and watching the pallets fill up over the course of the day made the impact impossible to miss.
Strengthening Connections Through Service
This was the perfect chance for both teams to show up together, get their hands dirty, and support a meaningful cause.
Team members left feeling the impact of the day and the work was humbling, a reminder of how much of a difference a single afternoon can make when a group shows up ready to help.
The team wrapped-up the day by celebrating and carrying that same energy into some well-earned team bonding.
It’s the kind of day that doesn’t happen in a conference room.
